Delete your account in the app

You can delete your Ren account directly inside the app:

1. Open Ren.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap your Account section.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm the deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email contact@velentio.com from the email address connected to your Ren account and ask us to delete your account.

Data deleted

Deleting your account removes your Ren account and app data, including:

• Account profile
• Active fast data
• Completed fasting history
• Marketing email preference from your active profile

Data retained

We may retain limited pseudonymous consent records where needed for legal compliance, such as proof that terms were accepted or marketing consent was granted or withdrawn. These records are not used to provide the app experience and are retained only as legal proof records.

Deletion timing

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email deletion requests are normally handled within 30 days.
